What happens to worksheet entries?
The Kids Reference may be completed in your browser. Anything you type remains only in the current page memory. It is not sent to a server, saved to an account or retained after the page is refreshed or closed.
What gets counted on the Listen page?
When a song is played for the first time during a page visit, or when a song link is successfully shared or copied, an anonymous total for that song is increased. The counter stores only the song, the type of action and the combined total.
It does not store names, email addresses, worksheet content, cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses or personal listening histories. These aggregate totals are private and are not displayed publicly.
What if I email about the shop?
Shop enquiry links open a draft in your own email app. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to send it, your email address and message arrive in the project’s email inbox so a reply can be sent. This is separate from the anonymous song totals and the private, in-browser worksheets.
For an initial enquiry, include only the item and quantity, plus an optional country or postcode to help estimate delivery. Please do not include children’s details, private family information, payment details or your full street address. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website.
Protect the child
Record only what helps you know and support the child. Avoid unnecessary identifying information, and keep printed copies somewhere appropriate and secure.
